Tower By The Sea I 96 Apartments

DNA Architects was chosen to design the facade and interior of a 27-story tower along the Victoria Harbour.

The focus of the design was to create a feeling of being on a yacht sailing out to sea with all 96 apartments offering stunning views of the Victoria Harbour. Our team meticulously designed the interiors of the 96 proprietary apartments, typical lift lobby, main entrance and clubhouse to enhance the overall luxury and nautical theme of the building.

We incorporated elements that reflect the ocean and nautical themes. The clubhouse includes a reception area, a lounge, a bar and a gym all of which are carefully planned to enhance the maritime atmosphere. Each space is designed to provide comfort and relaxation inviting residence to enjoy their time in the clubhouse.
